Add 2 tbsp to 750ml dry Red or White wine (for a non-alcoholic option, use either apple or pear cider).

Slowly stir in 1/4 cup of sugar or honey.

Gently warm over medium-low heat for approximately 25 minutes.

Keep on low. Serve and enjoy
